Delete your account

You can delete your DIPS Golf account and personal data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open DIPS Golf and go to Profile → Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately. You are signed out and cannot recover the account.

By email

If you can't use the app, email privacy@dipsgolf.com from the address on your account. We may ask you to confirm the request before we act, and we complete it within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your account, sign-in identity and profile (handicap, goals, struggles, home course).
• Your library, practice sessions, feedback, rounds and hole scores.
• Your comments, professional insights and credential applications, including uploaded evidence.

What we keep

• Records of moderation and admin actions, with your identity removed.
• Public golf content metadata (for example, a YouTube video's title) that isn't personal to you.
• Purchase records held by Apple or Google under their own policies. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your device settings first.
