Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and GoodDevs ("we") for your use of DIPS Golf. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You must be at least 16. Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time.
Health and safety
DIPS includes drills, practice routines and strength and mobility exercises. They are general information, not medical advice. Check with a doctor or qualified professional before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have an injury or health condition. Stop if you feel pain. Use practice facilities and courses safely and follow their rules.
No guaranteed results
We want to help you lower your score, but we can't promise a particular result. Recommendations are suggestions based on the information you give us.
Third-party content
DIPS links to content published on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. That content belongs to its creators, is governed by those platforms' terms, and plays from the original platform. Credentials shown in DIPS reflect our verification at a point in time. They are not an endorsement.
What you post
You keep ownership of comments and insights you post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display them within DIPS while they remain on the service. Don't post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, spam, or that infringes others' rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse DIPS: no scraping, reverse engineering, attempts to access other users' data, bypassing plan limits, impersonating a coach or professional, or interfering with the service.
DIPS Pro
DIPS Pro is an optional subscription billed by Apple or Google. New subscribers may get a free trial. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your App Store or Google Play settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Changes and availability
We may change or discontinue features. If we make material changes to these terms, we'll tell you in the app. If you keep using DIPS after that, you accept the new terms.
Liability
DIPS is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
